This L31 Vortec Chevy 350 crate engine by Tuff Dawg Engines is an EXCELLENT mild performance engine to wake up that old, tired Chevy 5.7 (Chevy 350) powered pickup truck, Suburban or Blazer. This engine has a smooth idle and will work with the stock computer. This engine will fit earlier carbureted and TBI applications if you use the correct intake manifold.

The balanced rotating assembly (typically includes crankshaft, pistons, rings, connecting rods, rod bearings, and balancer) featured in this engine:

• 3.484" stroke nodular iron crank
• 5.7" forged rods with ARP rod bolts
• Balanced pistons

• New Camshaft with .448"Int/.472"Exh valve lift
• Vortec 64cc heads with heart-shaped chambers that swirl the air/fuel mixture throughout the entire chamber for better combustion
• New 1.250" high performance springs set up to match cam
• New High temperature valve seals
• New 1.6 Side rail rocker arms with screw-in rocker studs
• New Hardened push rods
• New Perfect Circle rings
• New HD roller timing set
• New High volume oil pump with welded pickup screen, windage tray, and steel drive shaft and steel guide
• New 1-pc design molded rubber oil pan gasket with load limiters to prevent over-tightening and higher temperature resistance than standard cork-rubber gaskets
• New Brass expansion plugs

This engine comes completely assembled with oil pan, windage tray, timing cover, harmonic balancer, and valve covers.
